Rexam to overhaul DB offering

The Rexam Pension Plan is to close its two defined benefit schemes to new members and replace it with another final salary arrangement.

From April 6 any new joiners will have access to a new DB scheme with a 1/80th accrual rate, and a 3% member contribution rate. The scheme will also take advantage of the new deferred benefit reval...
