Aon Netherlands acquires DMA

NETHERLANDS - Aon Nederland has acquired insurance broker and risk adviser Dorhout Mees Assurantien BV (DMA) for an undisclosed amount.

Aon said the purchase would strengthen its position in the middle-market business segment in the Rotterdam region. The firm said the companies had reached agreement on the transfer of DMA shares...
