The EC De Witt pension scheme has entered a buyout with Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) after its parent company was bought by a private equity firm.
The transaction covers £17m of pensioner liabilities. The firm, which was a subsidiary of C.B. Fleet Company that made, sold, and distributed healthcare products and stopped trading in 2011. ...
