Claire Teagle has been made managing director of HR Trustees following the retirement of Lyndon Jones from the role.
Teagle has been a director of HR Trustees for 16 years, having joined the company when it was established in 1992.
As well as maintaining a portfolio of trustee appointments her focus will be on strategy with the aim of further growing the business through capturing a greater share of the professional trustee market.
Teagle said: "There are huge opportunities in the independent trustee market and I am excited to be leading HR Trustees at this time and welcome the chance to have greater influence over its future direction."
