Janine Wood has been appointed as client director by Independent Trustee Services (ITS) and will lead trustee appointments on behalf of the firm.
She will be based in Manchester and joins ITS following 20 years at Mercer where she was a scheme actuary and principal consultant.
Her appointment follows that of Jim Green in June.
ITS managing director Chris Martin said: "Janine is our third client director appointment in 2015 which reflects the continued growth and geographical spread of the business."
