Tony Baily has been appointed client director by Cardano and joins from Aon Hewitt where he was a partner.
He (pictured above) is an actuary with over two decades of pension experience advising on both assets and liabilities.
The firm said it was seeing demand from the industry for ways to tackle pension deficits.
