RSM has promoted Philip Briggs (pictured above right) and Guy Jackson (pictured above left) to partner effective from 1 April.
The firm said these promotions reflected recent growth as they were among a record of 19 RSM partner promotions across the UK.
Briggs heads up the firm's national pensions technical team and leads the company's Pensions Administration Standards Association accreditation work.
He joined RSM in May 2011 and has over 25 years' of experience of providing assurance services to pension schemes of all sizes.
Jackson is a restructuring advisory partner who specialises in assisting trustees assess and monitor the employer covenant.
He joined RSM in 1998, spending three years in audit before transferring to the restructuring team in 2001.
RSM head of pensions Ian Bell said: "Both Philip and Guy have successfully come through the selection panel to become partners. Their knowledge and expertise are widely recognised and they will both play key roles in the development of our service offering to the pensions sector."
RSM currently audits around 450 occupational pension schemes in the UK, 50 of which are schemes with listed employers.
The government has confirmed the current interim chairwoman of The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO), Caroline Rookes, will continue the role in a permanent capacity.
