B&CE has appointed Tracy Weller as group director of business operations and David Brown as director of strategy and innovation.
Weller joins from Hymans Robertson, where she was a practice leader for third-party administration, while Brown joins from AXA Wealth where he was a strategy director.
Brown started work on 3 January, and Weller will join the company in June.
The People's Pension provider's chief executive officer Patrick Heath-Lay said: "I am delighted to announce these appointments. David and Tracy bring considerable additional strategy and operations expertise to our senior leadership team at a time when we are expanding rapidly.
"These hires, combined with the internal appointments, will ensure we continue to be well positioned for future growth."
Prior to his role at B&CE, Brown worked at AXA for 14 years as a strategy director, while Weller has also held senior roles at The Pensions Trust, Equiniti, and Merchant Navy's Pension Administration.
Two of B&CE's existing team have also taken on newly-created leadership positions this month. Roy Porter has been appointed as group director of sales, while Chris Jones has taken on the role as group director of change.
