The Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association (PLSA) has welcomed the reintroduction of the pension schemes bill, after the government reaffirmed the details in the reopening of parliament this week.

Although it was reconfirmed on 7 December by the Department for Work and Pensions, is not yet clear when the bill will receive royal ascent. However, the bill was also reintroduced in the House of Lords...
