Women on FTSE 100 boards paid 40% less

Female board members for FTSE 100 companies are paid about 40% less than their male peers, New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) says.

Research today (23 August) from the data recruiter showed women in non-executive roles had an average pay of £104,800, while men received £170,400.  NSCG said the gender pay gap amongst FTSE100 ...
