PSF Capital has acquired international pensions firm STM Group via its acquisition company Bidco

Pension Superfund Capital (PSF Capital) has acquired international pensions firm STM Group for £35.6m via Jambo SRC (Bidco), with the cash consideration valued at 60 pence per share.
