TPR's trustee diversity survey has shown overall, boards are less diverse than the general UK population

The trustee population is “less diverse than the overall population”, with the “typical trustee” likely to be a white man aged 45 or over, a survey from The Pensions Regulator (TPR) finds.

TPR's "largest ever survey" of 2,197 trustees found that compared to the UK population (based on most recent census data from 2021), trustees are half as likely to be a woman (52% compared to 24%)....
