Wales Pension Partnership awards £2bn real estate brief to Schroders Capital

The £23bn Wales Pension Partnership (WPP) has awarded Schroders Capital a £2bn real estate mandate set to target impact opportunities across the UK that support the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) pool’s net-zero ambitions.
