Outsourced administration of the CSPS 'at risk of collapse' and 'should be brought in house'

The outsourced administration of the Civil Service Pension Scheme (CSPS) is “at risk of collapse” and “should be brought back in-house”, the Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union warns.
