Box Clever members transfer to ITV Pension Scheme as long-running case concludes

TPR has now ceased its regulatory action against ITV and associated entities

All 2,800 members of the Box Clever Group Pension Scheme have transferred to the ITV Pension Scheme following action taken by The Pensions Regulator (TPR) in one of its longest running cases.

The regulator said the bulk transfer of members was completed on 1 October 2025.  The move comes after TPR agreed an in-principle deal with ITV last July – meaning all members of the Box Clever ...
