UK - Mercer Human Resource Consulting has appointed Stephen Hart as a senior legal consultant and European principal.
Based in Birmingham, he will provide advice to clients on all legal aspects of UK occupational pension schemes.
Hart is an experienced pensions lawyer, having worked at Pinsent Curtis Biddle, and has spent the last six years at Marconi where he was legal manager for pensions and secretary to the pension trustees.
He is also a voluntary adviser for OPAS (Office of Pensions Advisory Service).
