UK - Eden Group, the independent stockbroker and fund manager has made Jamie Stewart head of institutional research and marketing.
Stewart joins from the global equities trading house Instinet, where he spent four years as director of research for Europe.
Prior to this, having spent 17 years in the City as an equities specialist for Raiffeisen Zentralban, Banco de Brasil Securities and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.
At Eden he will be responsible for creating and managing the development and distribution of independent research product for institutional clients.
With 24 new hires this year, this appointment takes Eden’s headcount to 70.
