UK - The Pensions Trust has appointed two new managers to head the customer services departments at two of its regional offices.
Logan Anderson will head the firm’s customer services at its largest administration office in Leeds, while Martin Hoskins will be based at the Edinburgh branch.
Anderson and Hoskins will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the offices and liaising with employers and trustees to ensure that high-quality products and services are delivered.
As heads of customer services, they will also take responsibility for developing standards and working practices between the Pensions Trust’s three offices, in Edinburgh, Leeds and London, as well as providing appropriate technical advice to management teams.
