US - Less than a quarter (23.1%) of employers have implemented automatic enrolment of employees in company defined contribution (DC) pension plans and almost two thirds (62.1%) have extended the provision for new employees only.
Just 11.5% of all employers had implemented contribution acceleration, contrasted with almost a quarter of larger employers. However, the average yearly increase to contributions was only 1%.
