UK - Pub and brewing group Greene King is to automate its employee benefit system using 4th Contact's software.
The traditional paper-based system will be transformed into one that automatically communicates between employees, the HR department and payroll using 4th Contact’s Working Wealth software.
Greene King HR director John Roberts said: “Our company flex scheme includes a wide range of options for our employees and this makes automation of the system even more sensible.”
The changes will allow employees to make informed choices about the benefits that suit their individual lifestyles.
The British Medical Association (BMA) has warned chancellor Philip Hammond to reform the NHS pension scheme rules or doctors will reduce their working hours.
The lifetime allowance should be scrapped and replaced with a lower annual allowance, last week's Pensions Buzz respondents said.
