UK - Mercer Investment Consulting and Watson Wyatt have both added to their UK teams with the appointment of Danny Vassiliades and Richard Sard respectively.
Sard, who has been appointed as a senior consultant on the DC side, jas joined from MNPA where he was a senior client manager looking after both DB and DC schemes. Prior to MNPA, Sard worked with Mercer HR Consulting.
Jane Murray, head of DC administration at Watson Wyatt, said: “The DC client portfolio has expanded enourmously in the last two years both in the UK and Europe. There is a gorwing demand for European pensions administration solutions and with the continuing trend to DC, many schemes are looking to review their administration provider.”
Vassiledes was appointed Principal in Mercer IC’s after previously being head of Punter Southall’s London Office, where he helped to establish an investment consulting service.
