UK - Mercer Human Resource Consulting has appointed Nick Codd and Tony Salter as senior consultants and European principals.
Codd was previously a divisional director at Heath Lambert, where he spent seven years in a similar consulting role.
At Mercer he will provide advice to companies and trustees on employee benefit issues.
Salter has previously worked in employee benefit administration and consultancy, both in the UK and abroad, for more than 40 years.
For the last five years, he was a senior manager atPricewaterhouseCoopers and before that a consultant at Bacon & Woodrow.
He will be based in London and will specialise in advising multinational companies on international benefit risk financing issues.
