UK - Investment giant Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) has hired Ella Brown as the firm's London head of European Equity Research.
Brown joins CSAM from JP Morgan Fleming Investment Management (JPMIM), where she spent the last 8 years working in JPMIM’s European equity research and portfolio management teams.
In her new role Brown oversees the daily activities in the London office and reports to Stephen Goldman, CSAM’s head of Equities for Europe (ex-Switzerland). She works alongside Thomas Albrecht, Zurich head of European equity research.
Commenting on the appointment, Goldman said: “This hire caps CSAM’s European research build.
“This research team supports CSAM’s portfolio management team, which includes professionals based in London, Zurich, Frankfurt, Paris and Milan”, he added.
