UK - Northern Trust has made two senior pooling appointments to its asset servicing business in London
Louise Sylva has joined as a senior relationship manager for multinational clients and Karen Zeeb has joined as a pooling product manager.
The moves comes straight after Northern Trust was appointed the administration manager for Unilever after it confirmed it had taken up the use of the Luxembourg asset pooling vehicle, Fonds Commun de Placement, with the launch of Univest.
“Louise and Karen join at a time when Northern Trust is seeing increasing interest in its pooling services and and expertise,” commented Nigel Bloomer, head of asset servicing group’s client services team for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Sylva came from PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was a senior manager responsible for developing non-audit services to UK pension schemes. Zeeb previously worked for Pershing Limited as head of account management.
