UK - Cavendish Asset Management has appointed Kevin Long (pictured) as sales manager to raise the profile of its opportunities and worldwide funds.
Long joins from Exeter Investment Group where, as associate director of institutional sales, he achieved record sales figures in the face of falling stock markets and the split-capital investment trust crisis.
Prior to working at Exeter, Long was a senior sales man-ager at Old Mutual from 1991 to 1996.
Long said: “Cavendish has experienced increasing interest in recent times because the company has two exciting products in the Opportunities and Worldwide funds.
“I am joining the company to make the most of this demand by focusing on key professional investors in our target market.”
