UK - Mark Hoble has been appointed UK head of human resource operations consulting and a European partner at global consultants William M. Mercer.
Hoble has spent the last two years at rival firm Ernst & Young as head of HR consulting, and before that as senior consultant at Towers Perrin.
In his new position, he will be responsible for all aspects of HR operations consulting at Mercer, including giving advice to clients on HR strategies, change management and process improvements, together with a selection of systems and providers.
Hoble takes over from Bob Schuetz who, as acting head of human resource operations consulting practice, and global practice leader, succeeded Avgi Gregory - now head of eBusiness consulting at Mercer.
