UK - Ensuring staff at BP secured their pension benefits when they transferred to a US firm has won Mercer Human Resource Consulting an award for excellence.
The company’s cross-business team received a Gold Award at the 2004 Management Consultancies Association Awards.
The accolade recognised the team’s work in ensuring the human resource benefits of 250 BP staff were transferred and integrated effectively into the HR systems of US oil.
