UK - Henderson Private Capital, the private equity arm of Henderson Global Investors, has appointed Guy Pigache as partner in its infrastructure team.
Pigache, who joins the firm from HSBC, will work alongside fellow Henderson partners Paul Woodbury and Andrew Marsden to run the firm’s first European product – a high yield fund. The fund will focus on investing in UK and continental European public private partnership deals.
Henderson partner Paul Woodbury said: “With Guy’s background and experience, our ability to make equity investments in high quality European infrastructure is significantly enhanced.”
