
Skidmore Owings & Merrill costs static despite job cuts
UK - Architect Skidmore Owings & Merrill has managed to keep pensions and benefits administration costs static despite experiencing a third increase in staffing numbers.
The move follows the implementation of a new online employee benefits system by specialists 4th Contact.
SOM associate director Graham Wiseman said: “We could double in size and we still wouldn’t need to change the resources in administering benefits.”
