Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund buys stake in PIC

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has agreed to acquire up to 21.4% of shares in the Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) Group from its founding investor J.C. Flowers & Co.
