The Pensions Regulator's (TPR) attempt to impose a financial support direction (FSD) on ITV for the Box Clever Group Pension Scheme is a "barn door case", it has argued.

Launching an Upper Tribunal hearing to decide whether five ITV Group companies should be required to set out how they will support the underfunded scheme as they had previously been "connected or associated"...
