US - New York attorney general Eliot Spitzer has filed a lawsuit against Samaritan Asset Management Services and Johnson Capital Management for allegedly engaging in a market timing scheme.
The suit also involved the principals of both companies, Edward Owens and Michael Johnson, who Spitzer claimed had engaged in a deceptive practice known in the industry as 'flying under the radar'...
