US - The State-Boston Retirement System has filed a lawsuit against US pharmaceutical firm Ventana Medical Systems after it rejected a takeover bid by Swiss firm, Roche Holdings.
The lawsuit was filed at Delaware Chancery Court after Ventana Medical Systems, who produce cancer tests, tried to block the $3bn takeover bid by Roche Holdings claiming it was “wholly inadequate” ...
