Hedge fund assets expected to soar


GLOBAL - The hedge fund industry is expected to soar to $2.5trn by year-end on the back of strong returns and inflows, according to research published today by Deutsche Bank.

Overall investors are bullish about the $1.9trn industry, predicting it will grow to through returns of 7.6% and net inflows of $210bn. Some 528 investors running more than $1.3trn in hedge fund...
