AA members to move to CARE section as deficit jumps 81%

Final salary members of the AA UK defined benefit (DB) scheme are to move to a career average segment in a bid to stem the deficit.

Around 2,000 final salary members will enter the career average revalued earnings (CARE) section, which will also swap indices from the Retail Prices Index (RPI) to the Consumer Prices Index (CPI)....
