Some 66% of ethnic minorities working in financial services have experienced discrimination at work due to their background, according to a survey from Reboot.

The think tank's Race to Equality: UK Financial Services report, published today (5 October), also found that only 36% of respondents believe their companies are fully committed to enhancing divers...
