Two-thirds of pensions law firms cut gender pay gap

Two-thirds of law firms working with UK occupational pension schemes recorded a fall in their gender pay gap on a mean basis in the year to April 2020, Professional Pensions analysis finds.

At an average hourly pay gap of 17.4%, the sector also recorded the second-lowest figure of all of those included in the analysis, although only on the mean basis. This figure had fallen by 0.9 ...
