Just Group has completed a transaction with the Stantec Pension Plan UK to purchase a bulk annuity contract for a section of its defined benefit scheme.

The transaction - agreed in December 2021 for an undisclosed sum - secures the benefits for 640 deferred and pensioner members of the ‘treatment section' of the plan. Just Group plans to work wi...
