SCOTLAND - The Scottish Executive has refused to support a Bill that would grant same-sex couples the same pensions rights as married couples.

But Green MSP Patrick Harvie says same-sex and opposite sex civil partnerships should have the same rights. Government plans – now under consultation – only extend those rights to gay couples. ...
