UK - Leicestershire County Council Pension Fund has sold a retail warehouse investment to ARD Properties for £1.542m, reflecting a yield of 5.95%
The property, which is based in Cheshire, is let to cycle parts retailer Halfords, on a 25-year lease, which started in 1996.
