UK - Baring, Houston & Saunders has launched the ING UK Property Income Partnership fund which aims to offer a net yield of over 9.25%in its first year.
The fund has a seven-year lifespan and will be invested in all sectors of the UK commercial property market on an actively managed basis. BH&S expects its yield to rise to 10.5% a year.
