UK - Aberdeen Property Investors has sold part of its property portfolio to Consortium Investments for £8.9m.
API bought the Liverpool-based former Owen & Owen Department Store building – let to Superdrug – in September 1997 for £6.9m. It said the sale of this building represents an initial yield of 5.7%.
