UK - Insight Investment - the investment manager for the Clerical Medical Managed Fund - has purchased a freehold office building in Nottingham for £5m.
The building is let to Deloitte & Touche for eight years at a rent of £441,600 per annum. The price reflects a net initial yield of 8.25%.
