UK - Government proposals for a lifetime limit on pension savings will do nothing to encourage people to save, the Institute of Chartered Accountants claims.
Its response to the Inland Revenue consultation paper on pensions tax reform says people will only save more for retirement if additional tax incentives are introduced.
