UK - Future pensioners will not receive the benefits to which they are entitled under government proposals which rely on means-testing, the Conservative Party warns.
Tory work and pensions spokesman Oliver Heald told a mass rally by the National Pensioners’ Convention that while means-testing might work in theory it did not work in practice.
