UK - Over half a million UK citizens living overseas have lost the right to inflation-linked pensions following a ruling by the Court of Appeal.
Annette Carson – a 62-year-old who has lived in South Africa since 1989 – had claimed the government’s decision to freeze pensions increases outside the UK was discriminatory.
