UK - Reuters chief executive Tom Glocer bowed to investor calls to replace his two-year pay deal with a 12-month contract.
Nearly a quarter of shareholders rejected the original package and criticised Reuters for paying £1m in management bonuses despite making the first loss in its 152-year history.
