UK - The Pension Regulator (TPR) yesterday released the reasons behind its recent groundbreaking decision to slap a Financial Support Direction (FSD) on Bermuda-based company Sea Containers Ltd (SCL), which is in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the US.
