UK - Schemes' property investments returned 10.9% during 2003, approximately 50% less than equities, new figures by the Investment Property Database show.
Last year, UK commercial property returned 10.9% while UK residential property returned 11.5%, compared to the FTSE All Share which returned 20.9%.
