UK - Hazell Carr directors Graham Hazell and David Carr were the highest paid individuals in the pensions industry, The Sunday Times Pay List 2002 shows.
Carr aged 42 and Hazell, 40, were each paid £8.19m in the past year by their Oxfordshire-based firm which supplied actuarial services to the pensions review.
